May i first say,  Thank You Dom for being a true American,  for serving in our military.   My brother Kenny,  served too,  and he's with you there in Heaven.   Look him up for 'some pretty good humor'.  
Dom,  your parents have done a wonderful tribute to you here with this site.   Those of us who never got to know you on this earth,  can now know of you,  and the man you were.  Your parents are so blessed to have a son like you.  Not everyone is that lucky.   I pray that you will always send love,  peace,  and comfort to your wonderful,  loving family.

Thanks for you condolences andsuggestions to books.  / Pam Hopey (Mom to Angel Jamie Hopey )
I know words will never take away our pain and suffering of our loss of our Sons. As I once read.  "IF you lose your parents you become an Orphan, if you lose a spouse you become a Widow or Widower but if you lose a child there are no words to decribe it."   I do believe though that our boys were chosen to become Angels, b/c they have done all what they have to do.  I know I always wonder why my son had to go that way  he did not even being able to say good bye, but I know that we could never say good bye or I could never let him go.  So we have to beleive that they are still with us even though we can't see or hear them. B/c Our hearts will never let them go, so we are going to hold on to their memories till we get to meet them.  Perhaps they are gone to prepare a place for us.  God bless you and your family and keep your prayers going.
